Marge's Notes

Include as many of these foods in your diet as possible. They are filling and in my personal experience, enhance your energy levels, make you feel better and if you include walnuts and pistachios in this feast of health, you simply feel better because your body is grateful for all the nutrition these foods provide.

Unfortunately, many of us pull up to a drive-through window for breakfast when a bowl of blueberries with sugar and milk would provide many more health benefits than an Egg McMuffin®. Studies have shown that people who eat a quality breakfast are four times more likely to lose weight then those who don't.

Eat at least 70% of your meals at home, and you can all but insure better health by including several varieties of this rainbow of healthy, good tasting, quality cuisine. The combinations of dishes that can be created with these foods are extensive and will pay huge dividends in your daily life.

If you want to lose weight, or just think it is time to improve your eating habits, call Inspire Hypnosis, (530) 387-6644, and let's discuss your goals and how hypnosis can help you achieve them.
