Dietzillas Are Made, Not Born

You know who I am talking about. The person who expects the world to stop, take notice and applaud their valiant weight loss sacrifice.

A Dietzilla expects everyone to make allowances for their crabbiness and short fuse. The more the Dietzilla tries to stay on her diet, the more she flakes out. The more volatile, unpleasant and accusing she becomes.

A steaming cauldron of emotional turmoil. One imagined slight away from exploding into a self-damning, "What's the use, no one cares" BINGE!

Dietzillas are made, not born. Dietzillas behavior is a direct result of self-deprivation and poor self-image.

Diet failure after diet failure corrupts self-esteem. The starve and sweat diet routine provides the self-deprivation.

Dietzillas must understand weight loss, like brushing your teeth or changing your underwear is a personal responsibility, not a community project.

"It's not who you are that holds you back, it's who you think you're not."

If you are a veteran Dietzilla, discover the source of your frustration and correct it. Eat a diet you can live with while you are losing weight. Don't involve others with your problem and most importantly, understand you are not defective.

There is nothing wrong with you. You deserve and are entitled to live a long, healthy, naturally thin life. That's what was intended at your birth and it is your RIGHT if you wish to claim it. Believe me. You are capable of far more than what you believe. Stop being afraid. Embrace a naturally thin life. It's easier, you will be happier that way and you deserve it.
